Yes, we offer discounted rates for customers who book recurring services. Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules all qualify for reduced rates. The more frequent the service, the greater the saving. Contact us to discuss a regular booking plan.
For hourly-rate cleaning services, we have a minimum booking of 2 hours for domestic cleans and 3 hours for deep cleans. One-off services such as end-of-tenancy cleans, painting jobs, and garden clearances are quoted per project with no hourly minimum.
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash payments. For regular commercial clients, we can arrange monthly invoicing. Payment is typically due upon completion of the service.
We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
