Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how EverCare Professional Services ("EverCare", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, request a quote or book a service, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
EverCare Professional Services is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are based in Ilford, London, and provide cleaning and home services across the UK.

- Any photos you choose to upload of the space or job
When you contact us
If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we keep a record of the conversation and the contact details you use.
When you browse our website
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the website running.
3. How we use your information and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your request, preparing a quote, arranging and carrying out the service, and sending you a confirmation email | Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing our contract with you |
| Invoicing, taking payment and keeping business and tax records | Legal obligation, and performing our contract with you |
| Dealing with complaints, re-cleans under our satisfaction guarantee, and legal claims | Our legitimate interests in providing a good service and protecting our business |
| Protecting our website and booking form from spam and misuse | Our legitimate interests in keeping our systems secure |
| Understanding how visitors use our website (Google Analytics) | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Zoho Corporation — email services used to receive booking requests and send confirmation emails (data hosted in the EU).
- IONOS — website hosting.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- The members of our team who carry out your service, who receive only the details they need to do the job.
We may also share information where required by law, or with professional advisers such as our accountant or insurer.
Our fonts and icons are hosted on our own website. The map on our contact page is loaded from unpkg and OpenStreetMap only when you scroll to it; these services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files, but no cookies are set by them.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Google, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and booking records: 6 years after the end of the tax year of your last service, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Photos you upload: only as long as needed to quote for and carry out the job.
- Google Analytics data: 2 months (Google's standard setting).
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We only set analytics cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page — withdrawing consent removes our analytics cookies.
