1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

- "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person or entity that books or uses our services.
- "Services" refers to cleaning, painting & decorating, gardening, and any other services offered by EverCare Professional Services.
2. Services
EverCare Professional Services provides professional cleaning, painting & decorating, and gardening services to residential and commercial customers across the United Kingdom. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in your booking or quotation.
3. Bookings and Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A booking is confirmed once we have provided written or verbal confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Prices quoted are inclusive of labour and standard materials unless otherwise specified. Any additional materials or specialist equipment required will be discussed and agreed in advance.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the agreed services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed.
- For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work commences. The deposit amount will be confirmed in your quotation.
- Late payments may incur an additional charge of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
- In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Access and Preparation
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
- Please ensure that any valuables, fragile items, or items of sentimental value are secured before our arrival.
- If access is not available at the agreed time, a failed visit charge may apply.
- For painting and decorating services, please ensure furniture is moved away from walls where possible, or inform us in advance if assistance is needed.
7. Quality and Satisfaction
- We are committed to delivering high-quality services and take pride in our work.
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will arrange to rectify the issue at no additional charge.
- Any claims made after 24 hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Liability and Insurance
- EverCare Professional Services holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damage during the provision of services.
- We will not be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items that are inherently fragile.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service for a claim to be considered.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or the cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower.
9. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Our staff are trained in safe working practices. You must inform us of any known hazards on your premises, including the presence of pets, alarm systems, or any areas requiring special care. We reserve the right to refuse to carry out work if we believe conditions are unsafe.
10. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information provided to us is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, communicating with you, and improving our offerings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of EverCare Professional Services and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure.
